How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped from Toronto, Canada and are processed Monday- Friday (excluding stat holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days to process and pack your order before shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification that your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

Note: Express orders placed after 2pm EST ship the following business day. We do not make deliveries on the weekend, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the next business day.

Can I return or exhange an item?

Yes you can! We do not offer refunds, only store credit and exchanges.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the 14 days, no items will be accepted.
