Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Estimated delivery times within Canada typically range from 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties or additional taxes.

Free shipping (for orders over $500 USD), is shipped through Canada Post. The shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Orders over $800 USD are subject to customs fees. Please note, we are unable to ship to APO and PO Box addresses.

US orders over $800 USD and all international orders are subject to duties/customs.

Fadé is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and import fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs. 

Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return fee. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and cost to return.

Once we receive your order and process it, we send a confirmation, along with a tracking number and link to your email. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our facility.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by lost or missing packages shipped from our brand to our valued customers. While we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally arise. We must emphasize that once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we do not have direct control over its journey. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. We advise customers to closely monitor their shipment tracking information provided and promptly contact the shipping carrier for assistance in resolving any delivery issues. Rest assured, we are committed to assisting our customers in every possible way to locate their packages and facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
